Buffalo Firefighters responded last night for a report of a MVA involving a tractor trailer at Louisianna St & Scott St. Engine 32 went on location reporting a car wedged underneath a tractor trailer and reported to Rescue 1 the doors needed to be removed. B-43 reported 2 victims trapped with minor injuries. Dispatch
