Buffalo Firefighters responded early this morning at 0045 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Goodyear Ave.

Engine 31 went on location with smoke showing & fire on the 1st floor of a 2 1/2 story dwelling. B-56 reported fire on the 1st floor with extension to the 2nd floor and attic & the dwelling appeared to be occupied. All searches were negative for victims.

The fire was under control in 19 minutes.
