Cheektowaga MVA Walden Ave & Harlem Rd 11/25/09
Cheektowaga Police responded last night for a report of a MVA at Walden Ave & Harlem Rd. Police went on location reporting a 3 car MVA Hit and Run and 1 car with heavy damage. The Hit and Run Vehicle was found at residents house parked at 83 Reo Ave in the driveway. After refusing to answer the door Police were going to attempt to break down the door but at that time the suspect opened the door and surrendered to Cheektowaga Police. The South West Corner of the Intersection was closed for about a Hour for cleanup. The suspect was charged with felony hit and run and DWI.
