Buffalo MVA / Entrapment Military Rd & Layer Ave 11/25/09
Buffalo Firefighters responded late last night for a report of a MVA at Military Rd & Layer Ave. Engine 36 went on location reporting a 1 car MVA into a utility pole with 1 victim trapped and requested Rescue 1 to the scene for extrication. The victim was extricated in about 24 minutes. Dispatch
