Buffalo Firefighters responded this evening for a report of a structure fire on Millicent Ave. Engine 23 went on location investigating smoke showing from the basement of a 1 1/2 story dwelling. E23 further reported fire in a basement bathroom. The fire was under control in about 7 minutes. Dispatch
