Buffalo Firefighters responded yesterday for a report of a structure fire on Bissell Ave. Engine 31 went on location with smoke & flames showing on the 2nd floor & possibly a rubbish fire. B-43 reported fire on the 2nd floor of a 2 1/2 story frame and held all companies. The fire was under control in a matter of minutes. The fire is under investigation by the Buffalo Fire Marshalls.
