Bellevue Laundry Room Fire 30 Vita Ave 12/14/09

Bellvue Firefighters responded this morning for a report of a structure fire on Vita Ave. Bellvue 9-1 went on location investigating smoke. Crews forced entry into the dwelling and reported heavy smoke conditions. Crews reported a laundry room fire in the basement. Mutual aid companies were Forks, Twin District (FAST), CD-132, & South Line (fill in @ Bellevue). Bellevue 9-2 rescued at least 1 cat from the heavy smoke conditions & a second cat was also rescued. The fire was under control in about 14 minutes. Dispatch
