Vigilant Firefighters responded this evening for a report of a structure fire on Willowdale Dr. Vigilant 9-1 went on location with heavy black smoke showing from a dwelling and declared a working fire. Command reported fire in the rear of the structure and requested the SPCA for numerous animals inside. Mutual aid companies were Reserve, Union, & CD-133. The fire was under control in about 16 minutes. Dispatch
