Kenmore 2 Alarm 1129 Military Rd 12/24/09

Kenmore Firefighters responded this morning for a report of a structure fire on Military Rd. Kenmore Engine 1 went on location reporting a working fire and requested a FAST team to the scene. Engine 1 further reported a basement fire. Command reported extension to the 1st & 2nd floors and requested the balance of the 2nd alarm to the scene. Command also ordered an emergency evacuation of the building. Mutual aid companies were Ellwood, Kenilworth (FAST), Sheridan Park, Brighton, River Road, & Snyder (fill in @ Kenmore). The fire was under control in about 64 minutes. Dispatch
