Buffalo 1 Alarm 47 Woeppel St 1/1/10

Buffalo Firefighters responded early this morning with a P.S assignment to investigate smoke in a dwelling on Woeppel St. Engine 21 went on location requesting the balance of the 1st alarm with 1 victim hanging out a window. E21 further reported heavy smoke from the #4 side of a 2 1/2 story dwelling with 2 victims on the 2nd floor and rescue efforts underway. B-43 reported fire on the 1st floor rear bedroom. B-56 reported 4 victims total rescued from the dwelling. The fire was under control in about 20 minutes. Dispatch
