Buffalo Firefighters responded this afternoon for a report of a structure fire on Goodyear Ave. Engine 31 went on location with smoke showing from a 2 1/2 story dwelling. B-41 reported fire on the 2nd floor. E31 located and rescued 1 puppy from the 2nd floor. The fire was under control in about 13 minutes. Dispatch
