On December 30, 2009 Pine Hill Firefighter Lt. Fred Krug, age 39, passed away suddenly. Today Firefighters from Rescue, U-Crest, Forks, Doyle 1, & Doyle 2 stood in front of the Pine Hill Fire Station and saluted one of their own, one last time, enroute to his final resting place as the procession passed by.
