Buffalo 1 Alarm 775 East Delavan 1/8/10

Buffalo Firefighters responded this afternoon for a report of a structure fire on East Delavan Ave. Engine 33 went on location reporting smoke showing from the attic of a 2 1/2 story dwelling. B-47 reported fire in the attic with smoke throughout the structure. B-56 reported the possibilty of people trapped inside, but all searches were negative. The fire was under control in about 15 minutes. The cause is under investigation and damages were listed at $20,000. Dispatch
