Buffalo 3 Alarm 306 Auburn Ave 1-27-10

Buffalo Firefighters responded early this morning for a report of a structure fire in the Auburn Ave & Grant St area. Engine 37 went on location reporting heavy smoke in the area and further reported an attached garage with heavy fire going & extension into the dwelling. B-56 reported a barn type garage 75x150 with heavy fire & requested the 2nd alarm & further reported exposures involved and requested the 3rd alarm. Partial collapses were reported in several sections of the building. Damages were reported by B-56 as $200,000. Crews are still on location at the time of this posting. Dispatch
