Akron Firefighters responded this morning for a report of a structure fire on Main Rd. Akron 9 requested the 2nd alarm enroute for the residential fire. Akron 9-3 went on location with heavy fire & smoke showing from a 2 story dwelling. Mutual aid companies were Newstead, Clarence, Clarence Center (FAST), & Wolcottsville (fill in @ Akron). The fire was under control in about 23 minutes and the cause is under investigation. Dispatch
