Buffalo Firefighters responded early this morning for a report of a structure fire with victims possibly trapped on Ashland Ave. Ladder 4 went on location reporting heavy smoke on the 2nd floor. B-44 reported 1 victim on the 2nd floor being rescued by a ladder. B-56 reported fire on the 2nd floor in the rear of the building. The fire was under control in about 15 minutes. Dispatch
